Floraglyph

'All That Fire'

Crêpe myrtle blooms in high summer, when most things have already surrendered to the heat. It doesn’t surrender. It accelerates — erupts in color at the moment the season is most demanding, as if difficulty were a signal to intensify rather than withdraw. Yellow yarrow holds the center, medicinal and gold, the workhorse that outlasts everything. White hydrangea opens into clouds.

Blue bachelor button keeps the cool note, the one that prevents the whole piece from burning too bright. Gold leaf settles through it all like the kind of wealth that doesn’t announce itself. The large brass rolo chain is built for this piece — heavy enough to carry what it holds.

Every color at once. Every season’s best argument, made simultaneously. This is what a garden looks like when it decides to mean everything it knows.

This Floraglyph is for the woman who saves her best for exactly the most difficult moment.
