All content on this website and within the Floraverse ecosystem — including but not limited to all text, written narratives, course materials, mythology, world-building, character names, system architecture, photographs, images, artwork, jewelry designs, piece names, piece stories, the Codex classification system, collection names, and all visual and written creative works — is the exclusive intellectual property of Floral Alchemy LLC.

Protected Works Include:

• The Floral Alchemy brand, name, and identity
• All botanical jewelry designs, including all preserved specimens and resin compositions
• All photographs, images, and visual representations of pieces and the Kuhs Farm environment
• All written narratives, piece stories, and descriptive texts
• The Floraverse ecosystem, including the Floristoire, Floralegium, and all related domains
• The mythology, cosmology, and characters of the Floraverse, including the character of Flora
• The Floralegium educational architecture, including all course structures, titles, and content
• The Codex classification system and all associated codes, frameworks, and taxonomies
• The concept and framing of botanical jewelry as “receipts from encounters with wonder”
• All audio, voice, and sound designs associated with Floraverse experiences

• Reproduce or adapt any Floraverse concept, character, course structure, or mythology

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from this site by automated means
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright or proprietary notices

What You May Do:

• Share links to this website on social media or in personal correspondence
• Reference Floral Alchemy pieces by name in editorial, journalistic, or personal contexts with attribution
• Quote brief excerpts (no more than 50 words) with clear attribution to Floral Alchemy and a link to the original

AI & Machine Learning:

All content on this website — including all written text, images, designs, and conceptual frameworks — is explicitly excluded from use in training, fine-tuning, or evaluation of any artificial intelligence, machine learning, or large language model system. This prohibition applies to all content regardless of whether it is publicly accessible.

3. Commerce & Transactions

How Purchases Work:

Floral Alchemy operates on an “Inquire to Acquire” model. No automated purchase process exists on this site. Expressing interest in a piece initiates a personal conversation between the prospective buyer and Elizabeth Fichter. A transaction is only complete when both parties have agreed in writing (including by email) to the terms of sale and payment has been received in full.

Piece Availability:

Each piece is singular and unrepeatable. Availability is shown in good faith but is not guaranteed until a transaction is complete. Floral Alchemy reserves the right to withdraw any piece from availability at any time prior to the completion of a transaction.

Returns & Exchanges:

All sales are final. Due to the handmade, one-of-a-kind nature of each piece and the use of natural preserved materials, returns and exchanges are not accepted except at the sole and express discretion of Elizabeth Fichter. If you have a concern about a piece you have received, please contact hello@floral-alchemy.com within 7 days of receipt.

Descriptions & Natural Variation:

Each piece is photographed carefully and described accurately to the best of our ability. Because all materials are natural — including preserved flowers, botanicals, resins, and metals — minor variations from photographs are inherent and do not constitute misrepresentation. Floral Alchemy makes no warranty regarding the colorfastness, longevity, or preservation stability of natural materials beyond what is disclosed at the time of sale.

Commissioned Works:

Commission inquiries are welcome. Commissions require a written agreement specifying scope, materials, timeline, and payment terms before work begins. Commission deposits are non-refundable. Floral Alchemy reserves the right to decline any commission request.

4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

This website and all content within it are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Floral Alchemy makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any content on this site.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Floral Alchemy LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, your reliance on any content herein, or any transaction entered into as a result of visiting this site.

Floral Alchemy is not responsible for the content of any external websites linked from this site. Links to external resources are provided for convenience only and do not constitute endorsement.

Governing Law:

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Missouri. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this site shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

What Information We Collect:

Floral Alchemy collects personal information only when you voluntarily provide it, specifically:

• Your name and email address when you submit a contact form
• Any additional information you choose to include in correspondence

This website does not use tracking cookies, analytics pixels, or advertising networks. We do not collect browsing data, device identifiers, or location information.

How We Use Your Information:

Form Processing:

Contact forms on this site are processed by Netlify, Inc. Netlify’s handling of form submission data is governed by their own privacy policy. Submitted form data is transmitted to Elizabeth Fichter and is not retained by Floral Alchemy beyond the duration of the relevant correspondence.

Email Communications:

When you email Floral Alchemy directly, your email address and the contents of your message are used solely for the purpose of responding to you. We do not add you to any mailing list without your express consent.

Data Retention:

Correspondence is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was received or as required by applicable law. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting hello@floral-alchemy.com.
