Like all natural materials, flowers may slowly evolve over time. Pieces are designed to age gracefully, much like antique books, paintings, textiles, or heirlooms.

Avoid prolonged direct sunlight to preserve colors for as long as possible.

Yes. However, Floral Alchemy pieces are wearable art and should be treated with the same care you would give any treasured keepsake.

Remove before swimming, bathing, hot tubs, or prolonged water exposure.

A little rain won’t end the world. A snorkeling trip might.

Please don’t. Extreme heat can damage many materials, including botanical elements and finishes.

Yes. Every Floral Alchemy piece is assembled individually by hand. Variations are part of the beauty and authenticity of the work.

Every ingredient, without exception, is 100% sustainably grown.

Beyond sustainability, every botanical element used in Floral Alchemy work comes from an ongoing relationship. These are not strangers. You cannot have a meaningful conversation with a flower you have never met — and every piece is, at its core, a conversation.

Potentially. Special preservation projects may be accepted on a limited basis depending on availability and scheduling.

Every piece is offered through an “Inquire to Acquire” conversation. Tap the button on any piece page, send a message, and we’ll go from there. It’s a conversation, not a checkout. I typically respond within 24–48 hours.

If a piece is available and you’d like it, payment is arranged through PayPal or Venmo. PayPal includes buyer protection and a receipt. Venmo works beautifully for domestic buyers.

Because each piece is singular, occasionally two people fall in love with the same work. In that case, the piece goes to whoever completes payment first. I’ll let you know clearly if a piece is being held for someone else.

Shipping is calculated based on the piece and your location and is arranged as part of the acquisition conversation — there are no surprise fees. Every piece is packed with the same attention that went into making it: cushioned, protected, and ready to arrive safely.

All sales are final. Because every piece is singular, handmade, and composed of natural preserved materials, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
