'The Dahlia Garden'

Nothing in this pendant is a dahlia. Rose petals stand in for the florets. Peppermint balsam fills the volume. Tiny artemisia leaves become the fluffy stems that hold the whole stand upright. Yarrow pollen, pressed into the centers, becomes the yellow eye of each magenta bloom. Against a pink wall, the illusion is complete.
