'The Only Way Is Up'

The Kybalion — the text attributed to the mysterious "Three Initiates," published in 1908 but claiming to encode far older Hermetic teachings — describes the Principle of Rhythm: "Everything flows, out and in; everything has its tides; all things rise and fall." No thing stays at its lowest point. The pendulum swings back. The tide turns. The law is not hope — it is mechanics.

The Principle does not say things will get better because you deserve it or because the universe is kind. It says things will change because they always change. The bottom of the arc is a position, not a destination. Physics is not sentiment. It simply means: from the floor, there is only one direction.

The only way is up. Not metaphor. Law.
